Most Medicinal Plants contain thousands of natural chemicals. These chemicals are called phytonutrients or phytochemicals."Phyto" refers to the Greek word for plant. These chemicals help protect plants from germs, fungi, bugs, and other threats. Phytonutrients can also protect the human body as well.
I am here visiting a Fruit farm in the Dominican Republic. We picked everything from Star fruit to Guyabano. Plenty of Moringa and Banana Trees.
I didn't have to bring my lunch. No reason to go hungry in the Dominican Republic.
